F2: Camara victorious in strategic Barcelona Feature Race to claim maiden win
Rafael Camara converted pole position into a first FIA Formula 2 race victory.

Rafael Camara converted pole position into a first FIA Formula 2 race victory with an impressive drive to the top step on Sunday.
The Invicta Racing and Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy talent lost the lead at the very start of the race but showed impressive pace and incredible tyre management to fight back and win.
His first stint on the soft tyres went a lengthy 22 laps, far longer than his rivals could manage. Having rejoined in fifth position, the Brazilian set a blistering pace to catch and pass those ahead who’d stopped earlier.
After passing everyone and taken the lead once more his advantage only grew and by the chequered flag his winning margin stood at just under 10 seconds, capping off his supreme display.
Nikola Tsolov started on the alternative strategy, running the hard compound in the first stint. His late stop put him out on softs, and the Campos Racing and Red Bull Junior Team driver scythed his way into the podium places, winding up second by the end with some impressive overtakes along the way.
Third was Alexander Dunne, who maintained his streak of appearing on the podium in at least one of the races across an F2 weekend this season. The Rodin Motorsport and Alpine Academy driver led early on having taken P1 from Camara on the run to the first corner, but he was left defenceless on older tyres as Camara and then Tsolov came through.
