Family, friends and fellow racers remember Hubert at funeral in France

A little over a week on from his tragic death following a crash in the F2 Feature Race in Belgium, family, friends and fellow racers have gathered in France to pay their respects to Anthoine Hubert.
Among those joining the Frenchman’s family at Chartres Cathedral in northern France were several F1 drivers, including Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Toro Rosso’s Pierre Gasly, and a number of F2 and F3 drivers, including all of Hubert’s fellow Renault Sport Academy members.
The service was also attended by numerous other members of the motorsport community, including FIA President Jean Todt, FIA Formula 2 CEO Bruno Michel, four-time F1 world champion Alain Prost and a number of representatives from F1, including Chairman and CEO Chase Carey, Managing Director of Motorsport Ross Brawn, and Managing Director of Commercial Operations Sean Bratches.
