GALLERY: Audi unveil special livery for Singapore Grand Prix

Audi will run a one-off design across the livery of the R26 and their drivers' race suits at the Singapore Grand Prix.

Audi have revealed a special livery for this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, celebrating the city's unique identity as well as the team's first night race in Formula 1.

The R26 will sport a design that combines a Singapore-specific variant of Audi's usual Titanium Silver Grey with a traditional peranakan pattern, which will adorn the sidepods and rear wing and carry over onto Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto's race suits.

Inspired by the city's transition from daylight to twilight, the livery has been launched alongside a limited-edition Adidas capsule collection, building on 'The Art of Influence' – a 360-degree programme that brings F1 closer to fans through activations across Singapore and online.

Stefano Battiston, Chief Brand and Commercial Officer at Audi, said: “Bringing Formula 1 to the people means giving fans more ways to feel part of the team, wherever they are. Singapore shows how we can do that through one connected idea.

"Audi’s special livery expresses our brand through a design shaped by the city, and fans around the world can discover it for themselves through the online reveal.

"With the Adidas collection and experiences across Singapore, that story continues beyond the race car.

"‘The Art of Influence’ invites people to engage with the team in ways that are meaningful to them, whether they are here in the city or following from home."
