GALLERY: Leclerc, Hamilton, Gasly and more gear up for Monaco with special helmet designs

The likes of hometown hero Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas have brought a fresh array of incredible helmet designs to the Principality for the 2022 Monaco Grand Prix. Check them out below...
Charles Leclerc
Leclerc is the lone Monegasque driver on the grid, and the Ferrari man has brought a specially designed helmet that features “Monaco 2022” on the dome, his home flag still in place. He will be hoping it brings him more luck at his home race – Leclerc hasn’t always been so fortunate around the streets he knows so well.
Pierre Gasly
Pierre Gasly is looking to stand out with a design that is really easy to spot from whichever terrasse you may be frequenting this weekend. The AlphaTauri driver has painted his logo and racing number in gold at the top of his helmet for this weekend’s action, the French flag prominent as ever.

Lewis Hamilton
It's purple, but not as we know it. Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton collaborated with visual artist Daniel Arsham to design a helmet that features the seven-time champion's favourite crystal – amethyst – and most importantly it will be sold to benefit his Mission 44 charity.
Lando Norris
Lando Norris has gone for a sort of half-and-half helmet design. On one side, it is all-white, featuring the Kiwi in a nod to McLaren's storied past, and on the other side it's all colour, with the Briton's logo and usual yellow-and-blue paintscheme.
Sergio Perez
Sergio Perez has brought a helmet that is a tribute to the late Mexican driver Pedro Rodriguez. As they are the only two Mexican drivers to finish on the podium, the top of his helmet features their combined stats, hinting that there's much more to come...

Valtteri Bottas
Bottas has brought another helmet designed by his partner Tiffany Cromwell in tribute to his home. It includes the colours of Monaco as well as the names of all the corners here. A typically beautiful design sported by the Finn this weekend.
