Gasly announces he's self-isolating after testing positive for Covid-19

AlphaTauri driver Pierre Gasly has tested positive for Covid-19 and is self-isolating, he revealed on Sunday night.
The Frenchman, who was training in Dubai this week with renowned personal trainer Pyry Salmela, said he is "following the protocol set by the local health authorities" in a Twitter post.
"I'm feeling OK, and will continue to follow my training plan from home while I remain in isolation," he added.
Gasly - who is the sixth driver to announce he's contracted the virus, after Sergio Perez, Lance Stroll, Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc - won the 2020 Italian Grand Prix for AlphaTauri last season and will be partnered by rookie Yuki Tsunoda this coming season, which is set to kick off in March at the Bahrain International Circuit.
