HIGHLIGHTS: Catch up on the action from Day 3 of the second 2026 pre-season test in Bahrain
Relive what happened on the final day of 2026 pre-season testing in Bahrain.
Pre-season testing came to a close at the Bahrain International Circuit on Friday, with Charles Leclerc setting the pace for Ferrari via an eye-catching evening run.
Leclerc got down to a time of 1m 31.992s as the sun set and the floodlights switched on in the Sakhir desert, putting him eight-tenths clear of McLaren’s Lando Norris, and 1.1 seconds up on Red Bull’s Max Verstappen.
It was another day full of laps for most teams, but there were further issues for Aston Martin and new power unit partner Honda, limiting Lance Stroll to just six untimed tours of the track.
