HIGHLIGHTS: Relive the action from FP2 as Leclerc goes fastest in Baku
Charles Leclerc topped the timesheets in FP2 for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, edging out Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton as the drivers were repeatedly caught out by Baku’s challenging layout.
There were plenty of trips into the run-off areas as many attempted qualifying runs, but it was the Monegasque who ultimately set the pace with a blistering time of 1m 43.484s with six different teams represented in the top 10. Leclerc was just 0.006s ahead of Perez, who kicked off his Baku weekend in fine form at a track where he has won twice before.
