The inaugural Miami Grand Prix might have had one of the biggest build-ups to any race in Formula 1 history, but once those lights went out, the drivers delivered. Max Verstappen crossed the line victorious but had to work hard for his win, while behind, all sorts of chaos was unfolding and as such, it was no surprise that the airwaves made for interesting listening.
From George Russell’s clever strategy, to Lando Norris’s disappointment at failing to finish, there were contrasting emotions up and down the grid. Yuki Tsunoda forgot to keep his cool in the soaring temperatures, while Sebastian Vettel was not pleased to be shoved into retirement – although his tone softened when he found out just who had collided with his AMR22.
