If there’s one constant in Formula 1, it’s that there will always be drama and excitement over the team radio.
And, as the sport heads into the summer break for 2023, it’s the perfect opportunity to look back at some of the highlights from the first half of the season.
From Fernando Alonso’s Bahrain elation, to Helmut Marko’s phone going off in the background, we’ve heard it all this year. There’s also been some fraught conversations, such as those between Max Verstappen and his race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase at Spa.
But perhaps the pick of the bunch for 2023 so far? George Russell’s ‘rain or sweat’ conundrum will live long in the memory.
