WEEKEND WARM-UP: Hear from the drivers as they prepare to do battle at Imola
There was excitement in the air of the Imola paddock on Thursday as the drivers and teams arrived at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari for round two of the 2021 season – the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Three weeks have passed since the Bahrain Grand Prix that kicked off the season, meaning three weeks for the drivers to reflect and the highs, and the lows, of the opening gambit of 2021.
And with a chance for some of them to make amends for low-key starts last time out, teams already bringing upgrades to their cars, as well as the propsect of the resumption hostilities between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, there were plenty of storylines to cover off in the Imola paddock on Thursday.
